Antoine Munfakh is a Partner and Head of Private Equity – North America at Apollo, having joined the firm in 2008. Antoine also oversees Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS), Apollo’s portfolio transformation team focused on building stronger companies. Throughout his career, Antoine has led numerous investments across the industrials, transportation & logistics, aerospace & defense, and infrastructure sectors.
Antoine currently serves on the Board of Directors of Barnes Group, Evri, Atlas Air, Aeromexico, Maxim Crane, and Apollo Education Group. Antoine was formerly on the Board of Sun Country Airlines, Direct Chassis Link, Swissport, Volotea Airlines, McGraw-Hill Education, Blume Global and CH2M HILL.
Prior to joining Apollo, Antoine served as an Associate at the private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners, where he focused on investments into the Business & Industrial Services sectors. He started his career as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsor Investment Banking group at JPMorgan. He is a graduate of Duke University.
