Co-Head of Private Equity
Private Equity is the cornerstone of Apollo’s equity business, with $67 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2026. For more than three decades, our investment strategy has centered around three principal transaction types: buyouts, corporate carve-outs and deleveraging investments.
Our Hybrid Value business provides flexible, creative, partnership-driven capital solutions to help companies and shareholders achieve their goals. Hybrid Value works with entrepreneurs, management teams, and private equity sponsors to deliver debt solutions and equity capital in all market environments.
We established the Apollo Impact Mission (AIM) Platform to pursue private equity-like opportunities to drive impact at scale. Our strategy focuses on investing in mature companies that exhibit collinearity – when financial performance and social and/or environmental impact are mutually-reinforcing.
S3 is Apollo’s Sponsor and Secondary Solutions business, which provides a holistic set of financing and liquidity solutions across the yield, hybrid and equity spectrum to asset managers and limited partners. Our flexible solutions are designed to help private market participants meet their strategic objectives at a wide range of capital costs.
