Jess Lipsey

Jess Lipsey is Partner, Real Assets at Apollo, where he joined in 2010 to help found the Real Estate Private Equity Group. Jess serves as Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Realty Income Solutions and Head of Apollo’s Net Lease Platform, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the businesses, including investment strategy and sourcing as well as day to day management of its team and investments. Jess also sits on various Apollo Real Estate Equity and Credit Investment Committees.

Prior to joining in 2010, Jess worked at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of equity and structured debt investments across the U.S. Previously, he was an analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities, where he participated in advisory and financing assignments on behalf of private and public companies.

Jess serves on the Boards of Directors for New Home Company, La Costa Capital Partners, Inspire Communities and Apollo Realty Income Solutions. Separately, he serves on the Board of Trustees for Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring. Jess graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting.
