Ryo Hata is Managing Director, Private Equity at Apollo. Since joining in 2017, he has worked in the firm's Hong Kong and Tokyo offices. He currently serves on the board of directors of Altemira and Maftec. Prior to joining Apollo, Ryo was a member of the private equity business at CVC Capital Partners. Before that he worked in the UK and Japan at DC Advisory and Daiwa Securities SMBC. Ryo graduated from Juntendo University.
