Stuart Rothstein

Stuart Rothstein joined Apollo in 2009 and is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Apollo's Asset Backed Finance and Real Estate businesses. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both businesses as well as strategic planning, product strategy and new business development. He is the CEO, President and a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NYSE:ARI). He serves as the Chairman of the board of directors of Apollo Realty Income Solutions ("ARIS") and Apollo Asset-Backed Credit Company ("ABC"). He is also Chairman of the Board and Co-Portfolio Manager for Apollo Diversified Real Estate Fund ("ADREF").

Stuart graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Accounting and received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a member of Penn State Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors and a member of the board of directors and Chair of the Program Committee for the JED Foundation.
