Sydney Snider is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Global Business Finance team. He leads Target Operating Model, Technology & Data initiatives, GBF related financial insights, department CFO functions, team culture & engagement and Chief of Staff duties. Previously, Sydney was the Chief Operating Officer for the Equity Finance team in 2022 and served on the Strategic Finance team from 2017 to 2021.
Prior to Apollo, Sydney was a Vice President at Two Sigma Investments from 2010 to 2017 and earlier in his career, Sydney held roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and KPMG.
Sydney is currently the Chairperson on the Board of Trustees for The Brownstone School in the Upper West Side.
Sydney is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Missouri with both a Master’s & Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
