Mike Kay is a Managing Director, Hybrid Value and Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions. In his role Mike is responsible for supporting our deal teams and managing Hybrid Value's portfolio companies to drive more successful investment outcomes and build stronger companies. Prior to joining Apollo in 2022, Mike was an Operating Partner at Angeles Equity Partners. Previously, Mike was with McKinsey & Company.
Earlier in his career Mike was an officer in the US Army Special Forces (Green Berets).
Mike received his MBA from Wharton and his BS in History from West Point.
